3 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds) 1/3 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) 1/8 teaspoon garam masala, if desired 1 large clove garlic, crushed Methods/steps
1. Cover whole potatoes with salted water. 2. Bring to a boil until almost tender (about 15 minutes). 3. Drain. Cool slightly. 4. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 or 5 slices. 5. Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. 6. Brush grill with oil. 7. Brush potatoes genreously with butter mixture. 8. Cook potatoes, turning 2 or 3 times and brushing with butter mixture until tender and browned. Additional Tips
These are more fun to make if you have a couple of people helping, so one person can put them on and turn them, while the other person keeps them buttered. Make plenty, they go fast! Reviews
