1. Stir fry chcken in hot oil in large skillet until brown.
2. Add veggies, stir fry until tender and crisp.
3. Mix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, garlic powder and ginger. Add to skillet.
4. Bring to a boil, boil one minute.
5. Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package.
6. Serve chicken and veggies over rice.
