Pumpkin Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 15 ounce can pumpkin

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1 1/2 cups (12 ounce can) evaporated milk

1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

 

 

 

 

 

 

Methods/steps

1. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie crust.

2. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

4. Cool.

5. Serve with whipped cream.

Additional Tips
If you are cooking a pumpkin, you will need 1 3/4 cups of pumpkin.
